My version of festive mimosa. Thought I’ll take the good old mimosas for a spin…..and I love it and hubby gulped two glasses before I could say cheers!!
Ingredients
¼ cup blue Curacao-
1 cup lemonade

¼ cup smooth orange juice (optional)

½ bottle champagne/prosecco
Instructions
Combine blue Curacao, lemonade, smooth orange juice in a pitcher & refrigerate beforehand. Add champagne just before serving.
