Ingredients
🍹 60ml unsweetened pineapple juice-
🍹 15ml lemon juice

🍹 2 tsp Amaretto/Orgeat syrup

🍹 45ml Empress 1908 Gin
Instructions
🍹 Shake pineapple juice, lemon juice, Amaretto in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Layer with the gin and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
