Description: Looking for a cocktail to enjoy this fall ??? Autumn fruits combined with some cinnamon infused sugar syrup is so perfectly spiced to pair up with your favourite meals in the upcoming holiday season!

  • 90ml freshly squeezed pear juice
  • 60ml apple cider
  • 60ml vodka
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 2, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon sugar syrup
  • Cinnamon sugar syrup - 1 cup sugar+1 cup water+2 inch cinnamon


  • Cinnamon sugar syrup - Combine sugar and water and bring to a boil. And 2 inch cinnamon and let it boil for 4-5 minutes until the syrup thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool. Remove cinnamon stick and store in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
  • Apply some lemon juice on the rim of your cocktail/martini glass and dip in to some muscovado sugar.
  • Add all the above ingredients with some ice cubes in your cocktail shaker. Shake and pour in your cocktail glasses and enjoy.
