Mocha almond overnight oats

Description: I had come across this recipe on Instagram few months ago and it has been one of my family’s favourite for breakfast since then. Only takes few minutes of prep the night before and you have your scrumptious breakfast all ready for the morning! I love the hint of coffee which gives a subtle but much needed caffeine boost required in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 2 chopped bananas
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 5/6 dates
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp coffee powder
  • Rolled oats - 1 cup

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients except oats. Add in the rolled oats, mix, cover and leave It in the refrigerator overnight. Top it up with almonds and fruits of your choice next morning and enjoy!
