In the frame is a FROZEN SMOOTHIE BOWL made with my favourite bananas & some spirulina for good gut health (recipe below).

Servings 1 large breakfast bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 3/4 cup plant based milk
  • 1 tbsp almond powder
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina

Instructions

  • Blend the above ingredients in a food processor and top up with your choice of fresh/frozen fruits,granola and seeds.
