In the frame is a FROZEN SMOOTHIE BOWL made with my favourite bananas & some spirulina for good gut health (recipe below).
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 3/4 cup plant based milk
- 1 tbsp almond powder
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
Instructions
Blend the above ingredients in a food processor and top up with your choice of fresh/frozen fruits,granola and seeds.
