Breakfast PARfect! Berries are my favourite and combination of granola and yoghurt is an almost complete breakfast. When roped up with Chia seeds it just adds further to the nutritious benefit, hence I like to call this Parfait Perfect Breakfast delight. These CHIA SEED PARFAIT jars are so great for breakfast but you can also indulge and enjoy them as a dessert completely guilt-free! 


Starting from bottom

Layer 1 : Chia seed, honey, any plant based milk & blue spirulina powder (freeze overnight)

Layer 2: Coconut yoghurt, blue spirulina powder

Layer 3: Granola

Layer 4: Coconut yoghurt

Layer 5: Fresh fruits topped with more honey
