Description: Chia pudding is full of omega-3s and fiber which helps in digestion and weight-loss to a certain extent. It is also packed with protein and helps keep you full and satisfied all day long. I know you all will love the fact that it’s meal-prep friendly. It’s delicious and can be eaten as breakfast, snack or a dessert!! 


  • 1 cup of fresh berries
  • 1/2 cup granola

For chia pudding:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)

Servings 2


  • Combine all the Chia pudding ingredients and leave in the fridge overnight. Next morning blend some fresh berries and layer up with chia pudding and granola. Top with fresh fruits of your choice and enjoy the healthy scrumptious chia pudding.
