  • 1 cup frozen/fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 ml gin
  • lemon peel to garnish


  • Put the blueberries, lemon juice and simple syrup in your cocktail shaker and use a muddler to crush the blueberries.
  • Add the gin and plenty of ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  • Strain the cocktail into two glasses filled with ice and garnish with a slice of lemon peel.
