- 1 cup frozen/fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp simple syrup
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 ml gin
- lemon peel to garnish
Put the blueberries, lemon juice and simple syrup in your cocktail shaker and use a muddler to crush the blueberries.
Add the gin and plenty of ice cubes and shake vigorously.
Strain the cocktail into two glasses filled with ice and garnish with a slice of lemon peel.
