These 4 ingredient frozen treats have a velvety smooth texture and with a well balanced flavour of sweet and tangy berries and yoghurt, I am sure it’s going to tick all the right boxes. Since these popsicles don’t have any refined sugar, it’s such a lovely summer treat for the kids who I found were in love especially with the pink colour! The key is to use full fat Greek yoghurt and whole milk or cream for that perfect creamy and dense consistency.

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries (or fresh)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • edible flowers (optional)


  • Blend all the above ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Fill up the popsicle moulds, insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-5 hours or overnight.
