Berry Oats Smoothie with Anima Mundi The Mind Energising Brain Tonic 

Adding to all the anti-oxidising agents of a smoothie, here I have a powerful Brain Tonic with a compilation of powerful herbs and mushrooms. I am so grateful to @bomlifeco for introducing me to this fabulous product used for centuries as brain or cognitive boosting tonic. Each of these herb is researched extensively and have been used as Ayurvedic and Chinese healing medicine. 

The ingredients used in this tonic are Ginkgo, Gotu Kola, Lion’s Mane, Tulsi, Brahmi, Rosemary and they collectively are known to help regain memory, support synapse response, increase neurotransmitter communication, help mental imbalance, increase and energise mood, etc.

Add a tsp of this tonic powder to your favourite beverage, smoothie or plant based meal and you can even enjoy this product 2-3 times a day for maximum benefits!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk of your choice
  • 100g strawberries
  • 100g blueberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 30g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp honey/maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Anima Mundi Apocatherapy, The Mind - Energizing Brain Tonic Herbal Supplement (optional)
  • Fresh/frozen fruits for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • Soak 2 tbsp chia seeds in any 1/2 cup plant based milk and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • Blend all the fruits along with oats, honey and the Brain Tonic in your food processor to make a smoothie drink.
  • Top with chia seeds, fruits of your choice and enjoy the drink as your breakfast or a mid-day refreshing and energising drink.
